When the New Year comes, we all begin to think about our resolutions and how we can achieve our goals in the coming year.

We usually reflect on the Holidays and look at our tummies. The merry making and cookies consumed, have us resolving to be healthy in the year ahead. While reflecting on good choices, I think back to when my daughter, Charli, was a little girl. Her wisdom goes like this...

"We should all be like caterpillars. When they eat a lot, they turn into beautiful butterflies. When people eat a lot, they just get bigger."
